San Diego Safari Park

Hello again,

I want to tell you that the Safari Park in San Diego, California is really a nice place to visit. Well, it can get a bit humid though. The animals that you see are very great. There is a different kind of zoo there too, different than the San Diego Zoo. It's a preserve for animals, wild ones. Well here are a few pics from my visit there.

Here I am sitting in a spot near the entrance with the map of the place that you may need in case you feel lost. You can look at it to figure out where you are at, and where you want to go to, and how to return back to the entrance for leaving. I sat near here a long time ago, so it was very nostalgic.

This is a picture of one of the wild animals you may see while visiting the park.

 Yes it's a lion, just napping now. The lion likes to sleep on the roof of the car sometimes too.
I guess they put it out there for the lion to have something to do. Maybe it was so hot that day that it really wore the poor lion out.

Here is another picture of me and my son before we went on the ride, a tour of the park, with a friendly guide person who talks about all the animals and the park too.
